TASTING NOTE:
"This gin presents an earthy, rooty aroma with a sharp citrus hint, leading to a bright, perfumed finish. The palate offers a mix of berry stew and caramelized koala pie, complemented by lemon verbena, lemongrass, and coriander. The base scent intrigues with vanilla and a unique grilled bamboo note infused with coconut. The profile is dominated by lemon verbena, both on the nose and sip, with a sherbet-like quality, and is rounded out by a distinctly floral and oily rose petal character.
