"This gin features a coriander-forward aroma with a dusty touch, and a strong presence of juniper. It has a hot, giny profile with hints of damp forest floor and a soapy, astringent finish. The nose presents dark, spicy juniper and resin, with a hint of herbs. The palate is bitter, medicinal, and reminiscent of root vegetables without sweetness, feeling potent at 42% ABV. The finish is slow-burning, leaving a warm, bitter aftertaste, accompanied by earthy and woody scents with lingering alcoholic heat."
