"This gin presents a visual spectacle, transitioning from sapphire blue to pale amethyst and then to a clear lilac. The nose offers sweet citrus, hay, and warm spices like cardamom and coriander, but the spirit's presence is noticeable. The palate starts light, with angelica and juniper, leading to a heat from cardamom. Tonic enhances the bitterness and brings out a green samphire note. Tropical fruits, pineapple, and lemon are prominent, with a pleasant green bitterness and astringency. The finish is smooth with a touch of complexity."
