"This gin presents an oily citrus profile, complemented by a touch of sweetness and waxiness. On the nose, it is very classy, while the palate reveals a sophisticated character with added pepper. Although the alcohol is well-integrated, the pepperiness becomes somewhat dominant, extending into the finish and overshadowing the other flavours."
