"A gentle floral note, with some dry citrus peel too. A peppery note as well. Balanced and gentle on the palate, at first, with some peppery spice, cubeb and pink peppercorns, showing on the rich mid-palate. Rich, characterful and individual. "

"Ripe citrus upfront – lime and orange notes, combined with a vegetal, cucumber note. A savoury element. Juicy on the palate – mouthwatering. Rounded with notes of juniper and creamy vanilla with woody spice. Nicely balanced, with a good intensity. "

"Heavily orange, floral. Rather a florid and very intense. Pepper upfront, followed by sweet citrus – vanilla, custard and lime sweets. Lots of peppery spice on the palate – capsicum, chilli, lime sweets"

Canada

"Green fruit – melon and even kiwi fruit, leading to some cucumber and pepper. Tomato stalk. Lots of juniper and coriander, reminiscent of a pine forest. Dry and elegant on the palate, with citrus first followed by a return to that appealing green note and a peppery finish plus some lime juice. Complex, unusual and interesting. There’s a long finish with a little warmth."

"Citrus, grapefruit and lemon, but some additional stonefruit too, like subtle apricot. Gentle and balanced on the palate, with building citrus oils and bitterness, with a big, bold, juicy finish, with a peppery element too. Some subtle texture on the palate too. Capable, with nothing out of place, yet still quite bold."

"Quite restrained at first, with lemon peel the most dominant note, along with some subtle spice. The palate continues with more lemon, with some good acidity, and a vibrant, warming pepperiness on the finish. Solid, uncomplicated."

"Quite restrained on the nose, with some spice and dried lemon peel aromas. Much more characterful on the palate – unctuous and mouthfilling at first, with a savoury element alongside some juicy acidity, some pleasant heat, subtle berry sweetness, and a gentle bitter finish. Complex, versatile, and would no doubt evolve in a martini."

"Lemon sweets and some juniper on the nose to start. Somewhat restrained, but with some freshness. Apple skin. The palate is savoury to start, and quite peppery, with an overall unctuousness. A good martini option, with some citrus fruit towards the finish, and a juniper hit too. "

"Savoury and earthy with white pepper. Prickly on the nose unsurprisingly. The palate opens with lemon, and green fruit; kiwi and apple, before the alcohol hits. Mid-palate’s all heat and fruit, finishing with a pithy, juniper note. It might be 57%, but it’s characterful, and somewhat balanced…"

"Dried orange peel and cardamom – a great, complex nose. More of that cardamom spice on the palate, but with some overwhelming perfume notes too – like spray-on deodorant. "
