"Herbaceous and complex on the nose - this would pair well with food. Juniper-forward, with lots of bright notes and a dash of menthol. Savoury on the palate, before a burst of sweet spearmint and more classic, Alpine forest notes. A sweet, berry fruitiness reminiscent of unripe juniper, sage, and thyme follows. This has a lovely array of herbal notes; beautifully balanced."
