TASTING NOTE:
"Well made and despite very little sweetness added, this has managed to bring out enough natural sweetness and fruit pluminess from the damsons to make this a well balanced gin. There is a slight dryness to the finish which a little sugar could soften, but overall really well created product - proper gin rather than a liqueur.
