TASTING NOTE:
"Strong and savoury with a bold umami element to the nose with aromas of tomato, celery, and vegetable stock. The mouthfeel is beautifully smooth, accompanied by a good level of juniper. It remains very savoury throughout the flavour profile, but no particular note is overpowering. Measured; would be good in a filthy Martini.
