"This gin features a complex profile with a vegetal nose, including grilled asparagus and grass. The palate offers chargrilled vegetables with butter and lemon, complemented by herbaceous floral notes and a hint of bitter juniper. Despite some heat, the flavors are well-integrated, leaving a peppery finish. Sweetness and biscuity vanilla blend with creamy, buttery textures and a slightly bitter, rooty end. The initial biscuity aroma may suggest alcohol, but the smoky, vegetal taste is appreciated."
