TASTING NOTE:
"This gin offers a complex bouquet of aromas and flavors. The nose is spicy with nutmeg, cloves, and a touch of mint and cardamom. On the palate, it presents a green, resinous, and herbaceous profile with subdued spice and astringency. The finish is not hot, maintaining astringency, and is complemented by cardamom, coriander, and a grassy floral note with a hint of licorice. The experience is rounded out by bold pine, eucalyptus, and Szechuan pepper, leading to a long, cooling finish."
