"The gin starts with a subtle presence of botanicals, with a dominant spicy ginger note and a hint of orange that is not immediately apparent. Juniper and spice are also present, with ginger becoming slightly more pronounced over time. Tea leaves add complexity, while the orange note becomes subdued. The alcohol provides a drying sensation without an overwhelming burn."
