"This gin features a super spicy nose with dominant pepper, nutmeg, and a sweet, slightly floral licorice aroma. The palate is sweet, with licorice and a hint of fresh green bell pepper, but the licorice largely dominates other flavors. The finish is heavy, with a burning sensation, a brief vegetal note, and a strong resurgence of nutmeg. Additionally, it has a balanced profile of juniper and tangerine, with a creamy texture and a long, intense finish where the alcohol is well-integrated."
