"This gin features a nose of dark chocolate and creamy cocoa, complemented by a smoky juniper aroma and hints of cardamom and menthol. The palate is dominated by a strong, resinous juniper flavor. At 42% ABV, the finish is unexpectedly hot, yet the juniper bitterness is pleasant. Sweet spices and green notes evolve into a spicier cardamom and allspice profile, ending with a slight minty touch. The aromatics are impressive."
