The palate shifts to a resinous, green profile with prominent peppercorns, losing some subtlety. The finish is characterized by a building peppery sensation, leaving a warm tingle but with noticeable heat. Coriander and citrus peels also emerge, alongside a peppery finish. The texture is rich and smooth, with hints of boiled sweets and light fruitiness, indicating excellent texture."
