Bold pine notes emerge immediately, but the mid-palate lacks balance, revealing a clear gin with medium-plus aromas of liquorice, coriander seeds, and juniper. The taste is further enhanced by candied lemongrass, tingly spices, and a warming peppery finish, though it suffers from a bitter, astringent aftertaste."
