"The gin presents a nose that lacks freshness, featuring a musty aroma. On the palate, it is oily and peppery, with prominent notes of black pepper, and citrus. However, the addition of tonic water enhances the peppercorn flavour, leading to an overly bitter taste and an unpleasantly long finish. The colour is intensely blue."
